Service Policy

REPAIR POLICY:

6 MONTH WARRANTY Provided on all repairs and parts.

WARRANTY COVERS:

Defects, internal defects and malfunctions of replaced parts.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Cracks, Physical damage to external and internal parts of repaired device.
Damage due to moisture, liquid, extreme humidity, heavy perspiration or other moisture, sand, food, dirt or similar substances.Warranty provided only on the parts that was replaced during repair by UNIFIX. Any part that gets replaced will have our store warranty sticker. If The sticker altered, deleted, duplicated, removed, or made illegible Store has the right to refuse any no-cost warranty related repairs.

Store does not take any responsibility for malfunction of other components of the repaired device that may cause after the repair has been made. Smartphone or tablet that has protection or resistance against liquid or water will not be water proof or water resistant after providing a repair service that requires device alteration. If the device has come into contact with water or liquid after repair service, Store does not take any responsibility and it voids the Warranty.

Store has the right to refuse any non-cost Warranty repairs or replacements if any of the Warranty terms are not complied.

Store not responsible if item has any other defective parts/problems other than the one requested to fix.

Store does not take any responsibility for loss of data/personal information that can cause during the repair.

Store is not responsible for forgotten logins, passwords, locks, iCloud locks and etc.

Item left for a repair or check up must be picked up within 30 days after the repair was made. If item isn’t picked up within 30 days after the repair has been made then its forfeited to store to cover the cost of repair.

STORE DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF ANY OTHER ISSUE DETERMINED ON THE DEVICE DURING A REPAIR OR DIAGNOSE BESIDE THE ONE THAT WAS REQUESTED TO FIX

 

ITEM SALES POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS !

Accepted Unless The Item is defected and can not be repaired. 30 Days Warranty provided on any “Used” condition devices.

PARTS:

“No returns” provided for parts purchased without installation. If Defected or malfunction valid for replacement only. Must Be Returned in the same condition as it was receive
